ounded in 1991, Healing Strides of Virginia offers therapeutic riding, mental health and learning services for people of all ages suffering from neurological delays and disabilities, including children with autism and veterans with post traumatic stress disorder. HSVA is the only Premier Accredited Center (PAC) with the Professional Association of Therapeutic Riding Int’l (PATH) in the Roanoke Valley.
With an outdated logo, tagline and few digital assets, Healing Strides' branding lacked some P.R. horsepower. Word-of-mouth advertising formed the backbone of the organization's marketing, which was both time-consuming for executive director Carol Young and limited in its messaging. B2C Enterprises provided a pro bono $25,000 marketing makeover that featured a complete rebranding, digital overhaul including website and social media, and new promotional videos that enhanced Healing Strides' visibility and viability to prospective clients, volunteers and donors.
